Erin Perveiler

Grow into the best version of yourself

If you have been thinking about getting into therapy or counseling for yourself or your child, you've made a huge step in getting here! If you're not quite sure, I encourage you to take the next step to see how we can work together. I provide a safe place, free of judgment, to work through challenges and can be a support person in your corner.

Erin Perveiler

I generally work with children and teenagers who may struggle with things such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral issues, or who may be experiencing some life challenges or transitions, such as divorce or bullying at school.

Sometimes they know exactly what they want to tackle, other times they know they're having a hard time with something but not sure what.

In whichever case, I can help get a better understanding of what is happening and build skills to handle the issue at hand, as well as uncover patterns to reduce issues in the future. Using games, art, talking, role play practicing, I try to make sessions fun, engaging, and helpful all at the same time. I tailor a combination of different approaches to make sure each person's needs are being met.
