Big feelings are welcome here—let’s build the tools to handle them together.

Therapy is a place where you should feel seen, heard, and genuinely accepted—no judgment, no pressure, just a safe space for you to be yourself. My approach is all about creating that space for you or your child. I work from a trauma-informed perspective, using evidence-based techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Reality Therapy to help you better understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and build lasting skills for coping.

My background includes years of experience working with children and adolescents in school settings, where I developed a deep understanding of how young people navigate anxiety, self-esteem challenges, and emotional regulation. Whether it’s a child facing big changes (like family transitions or school stress), a teen struggling with self-worth, or a young adult finding their path, I am here to help.

In our sessions, you can expect a mix of open, honest conversation and practical strategies. I believe that therapy is a partnership—one where we work together to identify your strengths, build new skills, and create positive changes. I’m not just here to listen—I’m here to help you understand yourself better, gain confidence, and feel more in control of your life.

Fun Facts
  • Favorite Junk Food: Ice cream or cookies—why choose when you can have both?
  • What I’m Learning Right Now: Perseverance. After a few tough years in skating, I’m working hard on my mindset, staying grounded in self-belief, and pushing toward my next test. Progress isn’t always linear, but I’m learning to show up anyway.
  • Environmental Pet Peeve: Litter. Nothing makes my eye twitch faster than someone tossing trash on the ground.
  • Three Words That Describe Me: Patient, determined, and just the right amount of goofy.
  • Random Fact: I love brain teasers and puzzles—sudoku is my go-to multitasking hobby while watching TV.
