Before you start, you will need:

  • Watercolor paints
  • Watercolor paper or multipurpose paper
  • Paint brush
  • Water

About The Author

Katie helps children, teens, and adults manage anxiety, stress, or trauma, particularly medical trauma. She is an art therapist who incorporates strengths-based, skills-based techniques into her approach.
