Life can be challenging and everyone can use support.
Do you find it hard to accomplish all the things you need to get done in a day because you constantly feel overwhelmed? Is anxiety and/or depression making you feel like you are stuck in life? Anxiety and depression can look like stress, fatigue, loss of interest, fear, worthlessness, anger, but regardless, it is getting in the way of living the life you want. Many individuals experience similar things throughout their lives and it can become very difficult to believe that you are worth more than your life circumstances. I am here to help you process through those feelings and experiences that are unique to you.

I will help you get the bottom of what is keeping you from living your best life. I will help you increase your own self-awareness while giving you skills to help you get through the day.
