Jennifer Illig LSW
We all have experienced times where we have felt stuck, had trouble adjusting to life transitions, or struggled with overwhelming feelings that won't go away. These experiences can inhibit you from living your life to the fullest and make you feel submerged in emotions, relationships, and jobs without an action plan.
Collaboratively, we can explore your concerns, discuss barriers, and work towards solutions to help you achieve your personal goals. We'll begin to uncover and tackle fear-based assumptions, thought processes, and negative self-talk through an action plan to help you move forward.
I believe we all have strengths and the ability to learn, grow, overcome fears, and learn to cope with life's challenges in a healthier, active way. It's my sincere pleasure to go on this personal journey with you to living a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Working with teens, young adults, adults, and families, I believe in treating clients as whole from a strengths-based perspective. I enjoy incorporating a mind-body connection and perspective into treatment. We'll utilize self-care techniques and strategies, and action items for you to practice in between sessions for real-life effectiveness.
