Invest in the journey to create positive changes in your, your teen’s, or your child’s life.
Feeling anxious, stuck or just not sure what you’re missing? If you are feeling hopeless, it is possible to make the positive changes you are searching for by working together in a warm, open therapeutic environment.
I believe it is important for clients to feel comfortable, knowing that their voices are heard in order to gain a positive experience in therapy. I help my clients work through the journey of positive changes by providing a strengths-based and client-centered approach. I specialize in working with adults, teens, and children working through trauma, anxiety, and many other significant life changes. My experience also includes working with children and teens with dual diagnoses including Autism and ADHD.
We can work collaboratively in warm, caring therapeutic relationship to create a more balanced, peaceful life. This includes creating and working towards goals to reach and maintain this lifestyle. Sometimes, there is a lack of motivation to maintain these goals. A strengths-based therapeutic relationship can provide you, your teen or child with hope to increase motivation to work towards these desired goals.
