Through my experiences working with clients ages 3 to 21, I know how difficult it is to feel anxious and unsure of yourself. These feelings may be affecting your grades, your friendships, or even your time at home. It can be exhausting to feel so much all at once. I’m here to support you with authentic, down-to-earth approaches that will uncover your best qualities and help you feel empowered to take control of your thoughts and feelings.
Parents, we’ll work together to plant those seeds of change, too! My approach is collaborative, and I emphasize skill-building and empowerment, with a passion for helping kids, teens, and young adults become the whole, best version of themselves. By being a steppingstone in your journey, I provide resources and interventions for growth and change while highlighting the strengths that already exist.
