Katie Gentile MA

You are deserving of peace and happiness.

Often times life has a way of throwing us challenges that feel overwhelming and unmanageable. These challenges can make us feel alone, stressed, and unsupported. These feelings tend to stay with us even when we are separated from the challenge itself and leak into other aspects of our life. This then prevents us from focusing on other important life events and the challenges we face may become all consuming. It can feel as though you are not present and are missing out on the simple joy’s life can bring.

You are not alone.

It is my goal to support you in your journey to restore peace, happiness, and balance in your life.

Through creativity and care uniquely catered to your goals and needs, you’ll be supported
through your counseling and wellness journey. My process emphasizes creativity, imagination,
and skills-based treatment to help you build resilience and move forward in life.

I recognize that seeking counseling can feel new and unfamiliar, I provide a safe, comfortable, and judgment free environment. I am here to ease and support your counseling and wellness journey in a positive and impactful way that filter into your everyday life.

Create a life of peace and happiness for you, your teen, or your child. My approaches create a unique opportunity to support expressing yourself through art and language when working through difficult challenges. I focus on the therapeutic relationship and take the time to build rapport ensuring your therapeutic experience is positive and fulfilling.
