Collaboratively we can explore your concerns, barriers, and stressors
and work towards solutions to help you reach your goals. I work through
a technical eclectic approach allowing the client to choose the best
therapeutic technique that works for them. My most used therapeutic
modalities include CBT, ACT, mindfulness approaches, as well as
existential, choice, and reality techniques.
I work with a wide range of clients who struggle with problems including
anxiety, depression, PTSD, mood disorders, grief, family/relationship
issues, and career-related issues among others. I see individuals, couples,
and families. I also offer group therapy and Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT).
Counseling is a process I recognize can seem daunting, yet I can provide
a safe, relaxed and non-judgmental environment. I'm here when you
are ready to build skills for sustaining a healthier and happier life.
