Freedom and support to grow professionally

If you've checked out our mission (and you totally should!), you'll see that the foundation of Blossom lies on heart-centered, soul-empowering work. Of course we provide that for our clients, but we also strive to provide that to each other as colleagues. It's our goal to encourage and empower one another to explore ideas, try new things, and compassionately help every client who walks through our doors (virtually and IRL).

How we do things

We believe Black Lives Matter, we stand for LGBTQIAPK rights and BIPOC equity, and we elevate oppressed communities through allyship and action. We actively invest in and work to build an equitable, inclusive, anti-racist, social justice-oriented company from the inside out. We celebrate marginalized communities, relationship diversity, neurodiversity, gender diversity, and intersectionality.

We know that marginalized and oppressed communities deserve representation, and we acknowledge the systemic challenges inherent in pursuing higher education and within the fields of psychology and healthcare. LGBTQIAPK clinicians, minority clinicians, BIPOC clinicians, and differently abled clinicians are welcome, affirmed, and loved! We strongly encourage applications from folx who identify with these or other oppressed communities.
