It allows us to celebrate the present. Practicing gratitude is considered the key to happiness as it has shown to improve emotional, social, personal, and physical health. During this workshop, you will learn and practice how to cultivate a grateful mind. This workshop is ideal for individuals, 18 years and older, who are looking for more joy in daily life.
