Self-Care Workshop

Join us for a splendidly fragrant workshop to learn the ins and outs of self-care. Self-care is important for your overall health.  The overall goals are to reduce stress, maintain a beneficial life balance, and nurture your physical and mental well-being. Treat yourself as compassionately as you treat others by identifying your needs and taking the necessary steps to meet them.

The self-care workshop will guide you through the process and benefits of taking care of yourself.  You’ll walk away with several self-care sensory supplies, and memories of a great crafting time. This is a hands-on class – you can take home everything you make!

This workshop is appropriate for ages 10 and older.

This workshop will be held Saturday, October 20, 2018 from 10AM to 12PM

  • Bath bombs

This workshop will include:

  • Supplies for making crafts
  • Instructions/recipes
  • Self-care assessment

Make sure you bring:

  • Storage containers for your creations!
  • Aprons
  • Wear crafting clothes – clothes you don’t mind getting messy

Registration

This workshop requires registration. Pricing is $45 per participant. Registration closes 48 hours before the workshop time. You may also preregister and receive an invoice via email.
