Create and Cope Adult Group

Express yourself creatively and heal through the arts. Through a combination of art therapy and mindfulness, we'll work together to:

  • Develop and support coping strategies for effectively managing life's stressors
  • Build self-esteem through experiential activities and mindfulness practice
  • Acknowledge and explore difficult feelings and express them safely
  • Gain a new perspective to go from feeling overwhelmed to feeling empowered

If you answered YES to any of those questions, our create and cope group will be perfect for you! Held for eight consecutive weeks, our program will build coping skills, self-esteem, and empowerment through a creative therapeutic approach.

Ages 18 and up looking for a creative therapeutic experience

7PM to 8PM on Tuesdays for eight weeks from September 3 through October 22

💲Pricing & Fees💲

$40 per session ($320 total)

$275 if paid in full before first session

 

Art materials such as paint, pencils, collage, sculpy clay, and pastels will all be used throughout the group during planned art-making tasks and painted meditation!
