Big Emotions, Big Changes—You Don’t Have to Face Them Alone

Growing up, figuring out who you are, and navigating life’s ups and downs can feel really overwhelming. Whether you're dealing with the stress of school, college, or a new job, trying to build healthy relationships, or working through past trauma, it can be hard to know where to turn. Maybe you feel stuck, anxious, or like no one really gets what you’re going through.

I see you. And I want to help.

I specialize in working with teens, young adults, and adults who are struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, or life transitions. My approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and humanistic approaches, creating a space where you can explore your thoughts, regulate emotions, and build confidence in a way that makes sense for you. Therapy isn’t about “fixing” anything—it’s about helping you feel more like yourself and giving you the tools to handle life with more clarity and resilience.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like:
✔ For Teens: A space to vent, process, and develop tools for handling school stress, friendships, self-esteem, and identity exploration—without judgment.
✔ For Young Adults: Guidance through major transitions, whether it’s starting college, figuring out relationships, or navigating independence.
✔ For Adults: Support in managing anxiety, healing from past trauma, and creating balance in work, relationships, and self-growth.
✔ For LGBTQ+ Clients: A fully affirming space to explore identity, self-acceptance, and the challenges that come with it.

Therapy with me isn’t just about working through struggles—it’s about helping you feel heard, understood, and supported in a way that makes lasting change possible.

Fun Facts
  • Favorite Scent: Anything with eucalyptus—especially mixed with mint or lavender. It’s my go-to for instant calm and refresh.
  • One Thing I’m Learning Right Now: Confidence. I’m working on believing in myself in different areas of life because showing up as my best self makes me a better therapist, friend, sister—and most importantly, a better version of me.
  • Biggest Environmental Pet Peeve: Litter. There’s no excuse—trash belongs in the bin, not on the ground!
  • Three Words That Best Describe Me: Warm, dedicated, witty.
  • If I Could Talk to One Animal: Dolphins—imagine the stories they could tell about the ocean! Plus, they seem like they'd have a great sense of humor.
