By accessing or purchasing our courses, webinars, or workshops hosted on Teachery or other platforms, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before enrolling.
1. Access and Use

- Account Creation: You’ll create an account on our hosting platform (e.g., Teachery) to access materials. Keep your login credentials confidential.
- Personal Use Only: Materials are for your personal, non-commercial use. Sharing, reselling, or distributing content is strictly prohibited.
2. Payments and Refunds
- Pricing: Fees for courses, webinars, and workshops are listed in USD and include all specified materials.
- Refund Policy: All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the description of the course, webinar, or workshop.
- Payment Security: Transactions are processed securely through trusted payment processors. Blossom does not store payment information.
3. Content and Delivery
- Ownership: All materials, including videos, PDFs, slides, and graphics, are the intellectual property of Blossom Counseling & Wellness LLC.
- Updates: We reserve the right to update content or change the format without prior notice to improve your learning experience.
- Access Period: You’ll have lifetime access to purchased courses, subject to changes in hosting platform availability. Access to live webinars and workshops may be limited to scheduled times unless a recording is provided.
4. Marketing Communications
- By purchasing or enrolling in our courses, webinars, or workshops, you agree to be added to our marketing newsletter.
- The newsletter includes updates, tips, exclusive offers, and new program announcements.
- You can opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in any email or contacting us directly.
5. Code of Conduct
- Be respectful in any forums, live sessions, or discussions related to our courses, webinars, and workshops.
- Misuse of the platform, including spam, harassment, or inappropriate behavior, will result in immediate termination of access without refund.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Blossom Counseling & Wellness LLC is not liable for damages, losses, or interruptions resulting from the use of materials or the hosting platform.
- Content is for informational purposes only and not a substitute for professional advice.
7. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in our courses, webinars, or workshops after changes are made indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
