Big emotions, new chapters, and all the “what now?” moments—you don’t have to go through them alone.
I believe therapy should feel approachable, supportive, and collaborative. My goal is to create a space where you (or your child) can feel safe, understood, and ready to try out new skills that make everyday life a little easier.
I work from a CBT and DBT foundation, and I love incorporating mindfulness and play therapy techniques when it’s the right fit. With teens and young adults, I focus on building coping strategies, boosting self-esteem, and navigating the stress of transitions like school, relationships, or identity development. With children, I help them understand their emotions, strengthen social skills, and grow confident managing challenges at home or school.
In sessions with me, you can expect a mix of open conversation and hands-on strategies. Therapy isn’t just about talking—it’s about learning how to manage stress, regulate emotions, and build resilience so you can thrive.
