I help children, teens, and young adults process and manage their stress, anxiety, depression, or trauma. I combine compassion and empathic listening with approaches like mindfulness, CBT, and trauma-informed care to help you reach your goals.
I help older teens and adults who are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed understand their truest self. We’ll get to the bottom of what’s keeping you from living your best life and recognize that you’re worth more than your life circumstances.
I help couples, older teens, and adults build stronger relationships and manage overwhelming emotions. Through a person-centered, positive approach, I focus on building strengths and exploring experiences.
I help children, teens, and adults manage anxiety, stress, or trauma, particularly medical trauma. I’m an art therapist who incorporates strengths-based, skills-based techniques in my approach.
I help children and teens who are feeling dysregulated from anxiety, trauma, ADHD, and gender identity/sexuality. My therapy dog, Emmett, joins my sessions, and farm sessions are available with more animals, including equine therapy.
I help teens and adults work through anxiety, depression, or trauma. Together, we’ll work towards solutions to help you reach your goals. My therapy dog, Paisley, is able to join sessions, too!
