Jerleen Sinkes
You are deserving of peace and happiness.
I hope to help others by offering a neutral place for my clients to freely express their feelings, concerns and uncertainty. By doing so, I hope to create a sense of security and clarity which is my overall goal - helping others heal in a safe way.

Clinically, my philosophy is based on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client Center Psychotherapy. I’ve worked extensively with all ages and specifically with adolescents and young adults. My experience as a therapist provided me with skills to help individuals, parents, and couples with a wide range of emotional dysregulation, behavioral issues, trauma, and toxic abusive relationships.
My passion for psychology developed from my own personal work of understanding my own emotions and relationships over my career. I’ve experienced different stages of personal development and growth. I continue to strive towards a deeper understanding of myself and others.
I am thrilled to share my goal of creating an anchor for those who are willing to explore and cultivate themselves by creating a safe and non-judgmental space. If healing is on your heart, please feel free to reach out to me. I can't wait to meet you.
