With three tiers - Basic, Standard, and Premium - our EAP program provides flexible options to support your organization's mental health initiatives. From counseling sessions and workshops to manager support and resource hubs, we are committed to providing the tools and resources needed to foster a healthy and resilient workplace environment.

EAPs offer confidential counseling, resources, and support services to help employees address a wide range of issues, including mental health concerns, work-related stress, relationship difficulties, financial problems, and more. Our EAP Services

B-EAP offers a comprehensive range of services designed to support the mental health and well-being of employees and their families within small businesses and nonprofits. Our services are tailored to meet the unique needs of each organization and its workforce, providing confidential support, resources, and guidance to address a variety of personal and professional challenges.

Counseling

- Access to confidential counseling sessions with mental health professionals.

- A safe and supportive space to discuss personal and work-related concerns, develop coping strategies, and explore solutions.

Manager Support

- Support and guidance for managers and supervisors on addressing employee mental health concerns in the workplace.

- Consultation services, training workshops, and resources to help managers support their team members and create a mentally healthy work environment.

Workshops

- Engaging workshops, webinars, and programs on topics such as stress management, communication skills, work-life balance, and more.

- Valuable information, tools, and resources to enhance well-being, resilience, and personal development.

Resource Hub

- Access valuable materials including worksheets, videos, workbooks, and handouts to enhance personal and professional development.

- Our curated content offers practical tools and insights accessible anytime, anywhere, supporting individuals and organizations on their journey toward success and well-being.

The Investment

At B-EAP, we understand that each small business is unique, with its own set of challenges, priorities, and organizational culture. That's why we offer options to tailor EAP services to meet the specific needs and preferences of your organization.

 

One-Time Setup Fee: $300 per employer group (first year only) 

 

Annual EAP Program Cost:
Basic: $60 per employee (4 sessions per year)
Standard: $180 per employee (12 sessions per year)
Premium: $600 per employee (50 sessions per year)

During our initial setup phase, we'll collaborate to determine the suite of services you wish to extend to your employees and specify the data collection preferences for monitoring service utilization. 

 

Our counseling services are available via teletherapy throughout Pennsylvania, utilizing confidential video services, as well as in-person in our Collegeville location. Premium tier offers counseling services on-site at your location as needed.

Workshops

Customize the topics covered in our workshops and educational programs to address the specific needs and interests of your employees. Whether you're focusing on stress management, communication skills, work-life balance, or other relevant areas, we can tailor our workshops to meet your organization's needs. Workshops are included in each tier as follows: 

 

Basic: Two annual workshops

Standard: Four annual workshops

Premium: Eight annual workshops 

 

Additional workshops are $300/hour for in-person and $250 for virtual
