When Everything Feels Like Too Much, I’m Here to Help You Find Your Way Back to Yourself

You’ve been holding it together for everyone else, but inside, you’re tired. Maybe you’ve outgrown an old version of yourself but aren’t sure what the new one looks like yet. Maybe life threw something at you you weren’t ready for. Or maybe everything feels overwhelming, and you’re just trying to get through the day without falling apart.

If you’ve been carrying silent pressure to “figure it out,” to stay strong, or to keep your emotions in check while life keeps moving faster, you’re not alone. And you don’t have to keep doing it alone either.

I help young adults, adults, teens, and families move through the in-between—those uncertain, tender seasons where everything feels a little messy and a little too loud. Together, we’ll unpack what’s been weighing you down, so you can stop bracing for impact and start feeling grounded again.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like

  • A soft place to land. This is your space to exhale. You can come exactly as you are—messy, quiet, anxious, numb—and still be met with care.
  • Gentle honesty. I’ll help you notice what’s keeping you stuck, but I won’t push or judge. Growth happens at your pace, not mine.
  • Tools you can actually use. Whether it's managing emotional overload, setting boundaries, or learning to stop people-pleasing, we’ll focus on small, practical shifts that create real change.
  • A return to yourself. Therapy with me isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about rediscovering the parts of you that got buried under pressure, pain, or expectations.

If You’re Feeling…

  • Like you’re constantly second-guessing yourself or your choices
  • Drained from always being the strong one for everyone else
  • Stuck between wanting closeness and needing space
  • Afraid to set boundaries in case it makes someone upset
  • Numb, anxious, or on edge and not sure why

…I want to help you feel more grounded in who you are, more clear about what you need, and more confident in how you show up for your life.

You don’t need to be “ready” or “healed” to start. You just need a space where it’s safe to begin.

LOTUS stands for Learning, Opportunities, Therapeutic Support, Uniting, and Strengths.
