Big Feelings, Tough Moments, and Growing Up Are Hard. Your Child Should Not Have to Do It Alone.

Kids and teens today carry a lot on their shoulders. School pressure, friendship drama, big emotions they do not know how to handle, family changes, figuring out who they are. It can all pile up until they feel overwhelmed, anxious, withdrawn, or stuck. As a parent, you see something is off, but you are not always sure how to reach them or what they need.

That is where I come in.

I help children, teens, and young adults who are struggling with anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation, and social challenges. If your child is having meltdowns they cannot explain, feeling lonely at school, or worrying about everything, therapy gives them a safe place to breathe and talk about what is actually going on inside.

What Therapy With Me Feels Like

βœ” For Kids: A warm, supportive space where big feelings get untangled, mistakes are learning moments, and coping skills are taught in ways that feel fun and empowering. Kids get to talk, play, draw, or simply be themselves without any pressure.

βœ” For Teens: A judgment-free zone where they can open up about school stress, friendships, identity, self-esteem, or family conflict. My goal is to help them feel understood while building confidence and emotional tools they can actually use in real moments.

βœ” For Young Adults: Support for navigating transitions, college stress, early career overwhelm, and the pressure of figuring out who they want to be. Together we explore your inner world with compassion, clarity, and practical skills.

Using CBT and ACT, I help clients understand their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies that truly fit them, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Therapy with me is not about changing who they are. It is about helping them feel safe, supported, and more in control of their emotions.

Why Kids and Teens Connect With Me

I am warm, silly, creative, and genuinely invested in their world. I listen closely, celebrate small wins, notice the little things that matter, and create a space where they feel comfortable being honest and vulnerable. I love helping kids learn that their feelings are not too much and that they are not alone in the things they carry.
