You don’t have to have it all figured out—let’s make space to explore together.

Starting therapy takes courage, especially when you're in the middle of figuring out who you are and where you're headed. My goal is to provide a space where you can feel grounded, understood, and supported—whether you're navigating big life changes, managing anxiety, or exploring your identity.

I work especially well with young adults who are trying to find their footing—maybe you're entering or leaving college, adjusting to the demands of adult life, dealing with shifting relationships, or feeling pressure to have it all figured out. You don’t have to go through it alone.

My therapy style is warm, affirming, and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based tools like CBT, DBT, and motivational interviewing—but I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I’ll meet you where you are, and we’ll work together to create goals that feel authentic to you.

I’m passionate about working with individuals navigating cultural adjustment, identity exploration, and the unique challenges that come with being part of multiple communities. I bring cultural humility to my work and strive to create an inclusive, affirming space for clients from all walks of life.

In our sessions, you can expect real talk, genuine connection, and a therapist who’s in it with you. Whether you're trying to set healthier boundaries, cope with mood changes, or just make sense of the chaos around you, I'm here to support your growth—on your terms.

  • Sunrise or Sunset: Always sunset. There’s something grounding about watching the day slow down.
  • Environmental Pet Peeve: Food waste and overconsumption—ugh! It drives me bananas when we take more than we need.
  • Stranded on an Island Must-Have: A water purifier. Practical, I know—but hydration is the priority!
  • Unexpected Obsession: I have a soft spot for Marie Antoinette and 18th-century France. The fashion, the history, the drama—I’m fascinated.
