I help kids, young adults, and adults regain confidence, build resilience, and develop coping skills to manage life’s ups and downs. Using a compassionate, client-centered approach, I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to reframe thoughts and patterns and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to develop practical tools for emotional regulation.
