You don’t have to have it all figured out—really, you don’t.
If you’re here, something’s probably been feeling “off” for a while. Maybe big emotions are showing up in everyday moments, or your child is carrying more stress than they know how to handle. Maybe you’re in the middle of a major life change—like starting a new school, facing a divorce, grieving a loss, or adjusting to a different season of life. Whatever’s bringing you here, I want you to know: you don’t have to go through it alone.
I work best with kids, teens, and seniors who are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure how to move forward. Parents, I’m here for you too—supporting you while you support them. My style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. With a background in education and the arts, I bring creativity into our sessions—whether that’s through storytelling, reflection, or finding new ways to look at an old challenge.
Therapy with me is not about quick fixes or one-size-fits-all advice. We’ll co-create goals that make sense for you—goals that feel authentic, doable, and aligned with the life you want to live. I believe in making room for both honesty and hope, giving healing the space it needs to unfold.
In our sessions, you can expect steady support, a safe space to be real, and a therapist who’s in your corner from day one. I’ll help you see your own strengths, build your toolkit, and take steps toward feeling more grounded and confident.
You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s take the first step—together.

Fun Facts

- Something you’d never guess about me: I’ve been a costumed character at three different jobs. Yes, full suit, big head, the whole thing.
- Most adventurous thing I’ve done: Bungee jumped at a county fair—because clearly, I love both adrenaline and questionable safety regulations.
