You don’t have to have it all figured out—let’s take the pressure off and start where you are.

Starting therapy—whether for yourself or your child—can feel overwhelming. Maybe things have felt “off” for a while. Maybe big emotions are showing up in small, everyday moments. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore what’s coming up, make sense of it together, and begin to build tools for lasting change.

I work especially well with kids, teens, and adults who feel stuck or overwhelmed by transition—whether that’s starting a new school, adjusting to life changes like grief or divorce, or simply trying to manage daily stress and emotions that feel too big to carry alone. Parents, I’m here to support you too.

My therapy style is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. With a background in education and the arts, I bring a creative lens to the work—using storytelling, reflection, and curiosity to help clients connect with themselves in new ways. No one-size-fits-all advice here—we’ll co-create goals that feel meaningful and authentic to you.

I believe therapy is a space for both honesty and hope. A space where we don’t rush healing, but make room for it to unfold. Whether you’re navigating emotional overload, life transitions, or simply want to build confidence and resilience—I’ll meet you with compassion, creativity, and care.

In our sessions, you can expect steady support, space to be real, and a therapist who’s genuinely in your corner. You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s begin, together.

Office Space
Fun Facts
  • Favorite time of day: Early morning—when the world is quiet, and hot chocolate tastes the best.
  • Favorite comedian: Tina Fey—because smart, witty humor is undefeated.
  • Most hated household chore: Cleaning the shower. Why is soap scum so stubborn?
  • Something you’d never guess about me: I’ve been a costumed character at three different jobs. Yes, full suit, big head, the whole thing.
  • Most adventurous thing I’ve done: Bungee jumped at a county fair—because clearly, I love both adrenaline and questionable safety regulations.
