Shayna

Hi, I’m Shayna, a therapist who believes that you don’t have to hold it all together to deserve support. I work with people who are used to being the strong ones — the caregivers, the helpers, the high-achievers — until one day, being “fine” just isn’t cutting it anymore. My work is about helping you slow down, tune in, and find your way back to yourself. Together, we’ll make sense of what’s been weighing you down and build a life that feels more balanced, intentional, and truly yours. In therapy, I bring warmth, honesty, and calm — the kind of space where you can show up as you are, without having to edit or explain. I’m here to remind you that rest isn’t weakness, that you’re allowed to need support, and that change doesn’t have to happen all at once. When I’m not working with clients, you can find me hiking with my dog, reading with my diffuser going, or discovering new alternative/indie music.
