The Girl World therapy group is designed for middle school girls aged 11-14 who may be experiencing challenges such as self-esteem issues, anxiety, relationship difficulties, or body image concerns. It's a supportive and empowering environment aimed at helping them navigate these formative years with confidence and positivity.

The Girl World therapy group program consists of weekly sessions that span over a period of eight weeks. Each session lasts for 60 minutes.

Yes, we offer individual counseling as a supplementary service alongside the group therapy. This allows girls to receive personalized attention and focus on specific needs.

Girl World is a support and empowerment group—not individual or group therapy in the clinical sense. Because of that, insurance companies don’t recognize it as a billable service (yep, even though it’s incredibly valuable).

But don’t worry—we’ve got your back. We’ve priced it low on purpose so it’s accessible, fun, and still packed with meaningful support, skill-building, and community. Our clinicians create a space that’s as safe and affirming as it is uplifting. Trust us—you’ll get way more than what you pay for.

Our groups have a minimum of five group members and a maximum of nine.

We rotate our clinicians depending on the season/cycle! You'll have the same therapist for all eight of your sessions, but depending on the time of year you join, it will likely be a different therapist than the season before!

We offer a resource hub for parents with handouts, worksheets, and other supplements to reinforce progress at home. At the end of our eight weeks, you can opt in to meet with the group therapist for a free 30-minute session to discuss progress, goal attainment, and future plans.
