You can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.

Literally the BEST choice for your child

Children use play to communicate, using toys, arts and crafts, and games to express their experiences. Play therapy is a developmentally appropriate way of working with kids by using their natural form of communication.

Through the use of play, we help kids gain insight, identify and regulate emotions, process situations, and engage in more effective ways to practice skills.

Feel empowered and build resilience

Challenges are a part of life, and sometimes kids need additional help to overcome hurdles. If you've noticed a change in your child at school, at home, with peers, or in other settings, we're here to support you and your family in making changes to lead to a healthier, happier life!

Play Therapy is well-researched and is the most accepted approach to working with kids in counseling. Play Therapy is to children what psychotherapy is to adults. Kids don't have the vocabulary or insight of adults, so it can be difficult for them to talk about things they're experiencing. Through the use of play as a communicative tool, ourchild therapists help you and your child explore, process, and grow emotionally and mentally.

We're here to help with:

We understand that kids do their best work and achieve their goals while working in an environment that speaks on their level. That's why we have a whole suite dedicate just to them, with five play rooms! Enter our second floor suite by using the main door or the side door. Have a seat in our waiting area filled with toys, games, art supplies, and juices for the kids (and coffee for the grown ups!). Our play rooms boast board games, card games, arts and crafts, stuffed animals, Play-Doh, sand trays, LEGOs, puzzles, and toys (phew - what a list!). Each of our child therapists is specially trained in using any and all of our toys, games, and art to facilitate growth and address individual goals with your child.
