Yoga for Kids

One of our oldest and favorite-est workshops! Introduce yoga, mindfulness, and meditation into your kids' lives in this 75-minute, A to Z animal poses workshop. Grown-ups can join their kiddos, too! This workshop is $20 per person, $5 per parent. Limited mats are available for $2 rental; we encourage you to bring your own mat.

Yoga for Teens

Learn how to use breathing, yoga poses, meditation, and guided imagery for focus, self-love, relaxation, and stress management!
