    Our DBT Young Adult Group is open to anyone aged 18 to 26 who's ready to tackle life’s ups and downs with some new tools and a supportive squad. If you're looking to manage stress, enhance relationships, and boost your overall well-being, you're in the right place! Come grow with us! 🌱✨

    The DBT young adult group program consists of weekly sessions that span over a period of 16 weeks. Each session lasts for 90 minutes.

    Yes, we offer individual counseling as a supplementary service alongside the group therapy. This allows you to receive personalized attention and focus on specific needs.

    Yes, in most cases! Our DBT group is a clinical, skills-based therapy group led by a therapist, which means it can be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement.

    We’ll provide a superbill (a fancy term for a therapy receipt) that you can submit to your insurance if you have out-of-network benefits. Most plans require a mental health diagnosis and may ask for other documentation, so we always recommend checking with your insurance provider first.

    Our groups have a minimum of five group members and a maximum of nine.

    We rotate our clinicians depending on the season/cycle! You'll have the same therapist for all of your sessions, but depending on the time of year you join, it will likely be a different therapist than the season before!

    We offer this group either in-person in our Collegeville, PA location.
